Kazakhstan Receives 10,000 Copies of Quran Translation in Kazakh

TEHRAN (IQNA) – Turkey's religious affairs presidency (Diyanet) under the Turkey's Embassy to Kazakhstan has presented Kazakhstan's Muslims with Quran copies in Kazakh within the Quran as a gift campaign.

10,000 editions of the Holy Quran will be transferred countrywide within iftar programs.

Free iftar tables for 3,500 people are to be set by Diyanet in Astana, Almaty, Ust Kamenogorsk, Shymkent, Karaganda, Pavlodar, and Aktobe during the holy month of Ramadan.

According to a Kazakh religious figure, such actions contribute to strengthening of ties between the two countries.
